About AHHC

Care that feels like family.

Always Here Homecare is a registered NDIS provider built on a simple belief: every person deserves support that feels personal — never rushed, never transactional.

Our story

Built at the kitchen table.

Always Here Homecare began the way most good things do — around a kitchen table, trying to solve a real problem for a real family. Support that felt rushed. Carers who came and went. Plans written in language nobody spoke at home.

We built AHHC to be the opposite: warm, consistent, culturally aware, and honest about what participants actually need. Today we support Australians with disability across Supported Independent Living, community access, life skills, recovery and daily living — all delivered by people who feel like part of the family.

What we stand for

Six values. One promise — always here.

Compassion first

Every plan begins with listening. We move at the pace of the person, not the paperwork.

Culturally aware

We match participants with carers who share language, faith and lived experience where it matters.

Safe & accountable

Registered, audited and transparent — with clear feedback channels and a strong safeguarding culture.

Everyday dignity

Support that respects choice, privacy and the small rituals that make a house feel like home.

Continuity of care

Consistent, familiar faces — not a rotating cast — so trust and routines can grow.

Goal-led progress

We plan against real-life goals: confidence, independence, connection and wellbeing.

Our journey

A quiet start. A national mission.

The beginning

Founded on a home visit

AHHC started with one carer, one family, and the realisation that most support felt rushed and impersonal. We set out to change that.

Growing the family

A multilingual team

We built a workforce that speaks the languages of the communities we serve — because good care starts with being understood.

Registered provider

NDIS registered & audited

We committed to the highest standard: full NDIS registration, independent audits, and transparent complaints processes.

Today

Homes, hearts and community

SIL homes across Australia, community access programs, life-skills coaching and recovery support — all under one warm roof.

AHHC support team
Our people

Chosen for character, trained for excellence.

We hire for warmth, curiosity and reliability first. Then we invest in ongoing training — trauma-informed care, cultural competence, medication management and more.

Community activity
Our culture

Many languages. One standard of kindness.

From Arabic to Vietnamese, Auslan to Amharic — our team reflects the communities we serve, so no one has to translate their own care.

Our promise

What "Always Here" actually means.

Our name is a promise, not a slogan. It means when you call, someone who knows you picks up. It means when your plan changes, we're already adapting. It means the small things — birthdays, appointments, favourite meals — don't get lost.

  • A dedicated coordinator who knows your name and your plan
  • Carers matched on personality, language and interests
  • Clear, jargon-free communication with families
  • Same-day response to urgent requests
  • Regular reviews against your NDIS goals
