Support that fits your life. Not the other way around.
We're an NDIS provider in Victoria and Perth. We support people with disability at home and out in the community — with the same workers each week, and a plan you actually had a say in.

What we do
Five supports. All shaped around you.
Our team speaks a lot of languages and has been doing this since 2021. Whatever you need support with, we'll be straight with you about what we can and can't do.

About AHHC
People first. Paperwork second.
We started in 2021 because too many people were getting support that ignored who they actually are. We match participants with support workers who share their language and culture where we can, and who stick around long enough to really know them.
Our StoryWe take safety seriously, and we can show you how.

How we're held accountable
We meet every NDIS Practice Standard and Quality Indicator.
Every worker is screened, trained and supervised — and you can tell us any time when something isn't right.
NDIS Code of ConductA diverse team, trained for the support you actually need
Experience with complex needs and trauma-informed practice
Decisions made with you, not about you
An inclusive team built on diversity, equity and respect
Accommodation available
Homes you'd actually want to live in.
We have Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in Melbourne and Perth. They're accessible, close to transport and shops, and set up with sensory needs in mind. You visit, meet the housemates, and decide — never the other way around.
Have a look around

What participants and families tell us.
We'd rather you hear it from the people we support than from us. These are their words, shared with permission.
"For the first time, my week is set up the way I want it."
The same two workers come every week, so I don't have to explain myself over and over. They ask what I want to do, then help me do it.
From our team
Plain-English guides to the NDIS.
No jargon, no fluff — just the things participants and families ask us most.
